Payment Terms

• For your convenience, we accept a range of payment methods: EFT, and all major credit
  cards via Paypal by arrangement. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge.

• No deposit is required.

• Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice and no longer than seven (7) days following the issue of the invoice.

• Prompt payment is appreciated. Fees may be incurred for late payment.

Responsibility

• Jams Catering is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss to any goods that
  occur in any public areas.

• The client is responsible for all loss & damage to the property of the venue where the event is
  conducted, including & not limited to fixtures, furnishings, goods on premises caused by or arising from any act by the client, the clients guests or other persons attending your event

Dietary Requirements

• While Jams Catering will endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements for guests with allergies or intolerances, Jams Catering cannot guarantee completely allergy free meals due to the potential of trace allergens in the production kitchen environment and within supplied ingredients.
